Even the core frequency can also be tracked. Anyway, monitoring is not all that Argus Monitor has to offer. It also sports handy benchmarking functions that let you test the performance of your hard disk (including SSD units), enabling the measuring of relevant parameters such as the access times and transfer rates.
Although it comes packed with a lot of features, the interface of this tool is very simple and easy-to-use. It’s even a little bit too dull, and it can’t be resized or customized in any way. Anyway, the thing that matters about this tool is its practicability and not it looks, so I have to agree that its unappealing interface is a minor downside that can be easily overlooked.
